In the heart of the vineyards of Saint Mont and the Pyrenean Piedmont, "La Petite Table" embodies the interpretation of a cuisine of taste and simplicity. Chef Jean Paul Tossens offers a gastronomic experience based on the finest regional and international products, revisiting the great classics of the French tradition. The establishment is surrounded by 7 hectares of vines composed essentially of Tannat planted on a very chalky soil and pampered by the winegrowers of Plaimont Producteurs. They are used to produce one of the most emblematic vintages of the Saint-Mont appellation. You will be able to taste an impressive collection of wines from the Saint Mont AOC or from rigorously selected winegrowers as well as great armagnacs.
