Come and discover the local wines: AOC Saint Mont, AOC Madiran, AOC Pacherenc du Vic-Bilh and IGP Côtes de Gascogne, in an exceptional setting: The cellar of the Monastery of Saint-Mont. Your guide will introduce you to the notions of terroir and local grape varieties by walking through the vineyard of a great wine, then you will be guided to the cellar of the Monastery dating from the 15th century, built by the Benedictine monks, for a lunch-tasting around a selection of 4 wines matched with 4 local tapas by the Chef.
