Passionate and enlightened volunteers will guide you through the maze of our most distant past. Discoveries after discoveries on the countless prehistoric sites around Chaumont-en-Vexin, Raymond Pillon has built up real collections of paleontological and prehistoric elements as well as local archaeology. The collections of this military shoemaker during the First World War and born in 1889, are exposed in this museum. Visits to the museum are free of charge and can be guided. It is systematically opened during the European Heritage Days.
