Vincent van Gogh is a key figure in 20th century art. To this day, his influence continues among artists and his work exerts an unprecedented magnetism on the public. It was in Arles that he produced his most beautiful masterpieces in just fifteen months. The Vincent van Gogh Foundation in Arles offers a unique approach to Van Gogh by exploring the resonance of his work with current artistic creation. Thanks to partnerships with public and private collections, the Foundation presents one or more of Van Gogh's paintings throughout the year alongside works by modern and contemporary artists in temporary exhibitions - such as Laura Owens, Roni Horn, David Hockney, Urs Fischer, Alice Neel, and Nicole Eisenman in 2022. 21 May - 23 October 2022: " . , , . » Discover the work of Nicole Eisenman - one of the most remarkable artists on the American scene today - exhibited alongside 25 modern artists, including Picasso, Edvard Munch, James Ensor...
