Menhir La Pierre de Richebourg

This privately-owned menhir is located at "La Grande Lande", 5 km from Retiers, on the road to Forges-la-Forêt. Made of quartzite, it stands 3.40 m high and is said to have been used as a platform for haranguing crowds. A handprint is thought to be visible on its summit. It can be reached by footpath. Cultural Heritage
