Perched at the top of the Col des Ares, surrounded by beech forests, this log chalet welcomes you for an unforgettable stay in the heart of the Frontignes! Stefan and Lætitia will tell you all the secrets behind the construction of this chalet, which they built themselves as a family, using sustainable materials. In addition to the magnificent Pyrenean scenery (Pic du Gar...), you'll be able to enjoy a wide range of activities proposed by Stefan, who holds a Brevet d'État in rafting, canyoning and climbing (from mid-May to the end of September, based on a minimum of 4 people, equipment provided). Walks and hikes on site. There is also a campsite with 6 pitches and a guest house with 5 rooms for 15 people. Restaurant on site (breakfast and evening meals served). The chalet features a private terrace and balcony. You'll love the warm, open, loft-style layout. First floor: entrance, shower room with WC, living area with integrated kitchen and fireplace (pellet stove). On the mezzanine: sleeping area with 1 x 140cm double bed and sitting area with sofa bed that can be converted into 1 x 80cm child's bed. The living room and mezzanine are heated solely by the wood-burning stove. Shared garden. Pets not allowed. Internet access. Children's play area.
