We're located at the top of the Col des Ares in the heart of the Pyrenees, 30 minutes from Luchon and 1h15 from Toulouse. Created in 2006, Laetitia and Stefan, the "masters of the house", are proud to present a young, enthusiastic and sporty team, helped by equally passionate summer interns. Stefan van Lanen has been based in France since 2006 (originally from the Netherlands). It's with the experience and complicity of Joop van Lanen (father) and Jean-Pierre Monties (father) for the administrative and construction work that we develop for a good result and the key to success.

Formerly a charming hotel (1926), now a cosy Chambres, Table d'hôtes surrounded by a large forest of old beech trees, where you'll find the calm and serenity of nature and be able to experience intense moments. Simple accommodation for a 100% nature holiday. In perfect harmony with nature, the POD is a simple wooden cabin concept. Comfortable and spacious, it is equipped with electricity and heating. With its rounded shapes and all-wood interior, the POD is a real little cocoon that will give you a strange feeling of well-being. Max 2 adults and 2 children This small, enclosed campsite, with 6 pitches separated by hedges, boasts a breathtaking view of the Gar massif, surrounded by beech forests. It can accommodate 3 motorhomes or caravans on the 6 available pitches (please note that there is no possibility of emptying). Each pitch is equipped with an electric hook-up point. Entire house 100% self-contained, 6 bedrooms (November 15 to March 31). Big house 400m2 with 6 bedrooms for 15 people (for families or couples, party not allowed). Wifi, children's playground. Ski resort 30 minutes away (Luchon, Mourtis, Peyragudes). Price 450€/night (minimum 2 nights) plus 100€ final cleaning fee. Apartment (all year) Apartment size: 28 m². Beds : 2 twin beds This apartment is decorated in a natural style. It has a private entrance with a small terrace, as well as a kitchen, shower and toilet.
