Conviviality around the noria. The A.O.C. Fitou was born in 1948 and became the first red wine in Languedoc-Roussillon. A hot and dry climate dominates the Domaine Maynadier. The vines are flooded with sunshine and swept by winds that are sometimes very violent. The Fitou, a very condensed terroir on the edge of the Mediterranean Sea, offers wines that combine to the highest degree the qualities of strength, body and perfume that characterise the greatest vintages.
