DOMAINE DE LA ROCHELIERRE

Winegrowers for 4 generations, the Fabre family has been running the 15-hectare estate, located in the village of Fitou, the cradle of the appellation, which benefits from a dry and warm climate where sunshine and Tramontane reign supreme. The vineyard is managed using the "cousin" method, high quality organic amendments, solar regulation and balance. All this with maximum respect for the environment (HVE since 2017). It values the work of the winegrower towards quality objectives, consumer requirements. A new cellar welcomes visitors in the heart of the vineyard with a view of the Corbières, the pond and the sea.
