The Toul Media Library is a first-rate cultural tool at the service of the population. Its mission is to provide all audiences with free access to constantly updated collections on all subjects (books, magazines, comic strips, CD books, scores, CDs, DVDs). It meets your information, documentation and training needs as well as your leisure and entertainment needs. The Mediatheque is a service that is evolving to adapt itself ever better to the demands of the population. Thus, several recent projects have been put in place: The creation of the portal and putting the catalogue of the Media Library online on the Internet The creation of a DVD collection (fiction, music DVDs, documentaries). Since September 2009, the Media Library has opened an annex for young people within the Espace Malraux: the Peter Pan Reading Space.
