CENTRE CULTUREL VAUBAN

The Centre Culturel Vauban is an important asset in the cultural life of Toulouse. It combines a programme of shows for the general public with sessions or workshops for school audiences. Since the renovation of its Foyer / Hall, it also offers a privileged space for exhibitions and events. The Vauban Cultural Centre occupies a part of the casemates that adjoin the Porte Moselle. In this fortification "Séré de rivières", two theatrical companies practice an art, full time and with intelligence: The Théâtre du Moulin and the Tota Compania. Over the years, this "small theatre" has become a place of reference for all lovers of the genre in Toul. After an efficient intervention of the municipal services on the buildings of the inner courtyard and a very successful renovation of the Foyer / Hall carried out in concert by the resident troupes, the ensemble looks good and reinforces this fraternal conviviality so particular to theatre places and people.
