LES ROCHES D'OLIMA

The Olima rocks are imposing rocks located in the Olima valley, about four kilometers southwest of Epinal. They rise vertically to 15 or 20 meters high. These rocks are composed by huge blocks of poudingues separated by horizontal cracks Their heads, more or less detached from the ground, present several stepped platforms separated by narrow and shallow cuts, on which one arrives by difficult paths.
