Fun and educational, technical and dreamlike, 3D images are now a formidable tool for (re)discovering our heritage. At the Château de Lunéville, since 2014, it has accompanied the museum?s research into the history of the monument and its decor. This year, the three rooms making up the ceremonial apartment of the Dukes and Duchesses of Lorraine are the focus of an exceptional, never-before-seen restoration. As the future of the "château-musée" is being written, we invite you to discover some of the secrets behind its creation, from archive research to work on virtual textures, thanks to a digital film that foreshadows what some of the château?s interiors could become, restored to their 18th-century splendor.
