CONCERT - ATINE (IRAN/PALESTINE/FRANCE)

The unprecedented meeting of five musicians, Aïda Nosrat, Sogol Mirzaei, Christine Zayed, Marie-Suzanne de Loye and Saghar Khadem, has given birth to a body of rearranged Iranian songs, symbolic of the heritage of their personal trajectories and rich in diversity: traditional Iranian music, Arabic, flamenco, jazz and baroque. Tar, qanun, voice, viola da gamba and percussion are brought together here to resonate with 19th-century Persian poetry, as well as with previously unpublished compositions.
