OSSUAIRE DE BOUCHEPORN

Engraved in large gothic letters it reads "Heute mir, Morgen dir" which translates as "Today me, tomorrow you". Mentioned as early as 1846 and probably much earlier, the ossuary is classified as a Historical Monument. The local sandstone has been carefully carved, a heritage that the commune has made a point of preserving. The pillars and square capitals are decorated with broken candles, bones and stylised flowers.
