Old worker's house completely renovated, located in the village of Port-Brillet, 2 minutes from the station and shops (bakery, butcher, press, grocery, pharmacy ...). Living room with fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, appliances ...) and open to the dining room. Shower room on the half floor. Upstairs : 2 bedrooms (1 with bed 140 and 1 with 2 beds 90) and a small living room and mezzanine with bed 140. Laundry room with washing machine/dryer. Small entrance veranda. Garden with trees in front of the house (not a busy street). Courtyard with garage. 20 min from Laval and Vitré, cities of art and history. 45 min from Rennes by car or train. Take advantage of the surroundings : numerous hikes and walks (GR pays des marches de Bretagne on the spot, trail station at 5 km, vélofrancette at 15 km...), fishing ponds, historical centers and castles of Laval/Vitré/Rennes, tourist sites of Mayenne (prehistoric caves of Saulges, Robert Tatin museum, gallo-roman site of Jublains, etc.).
