The gite, with a capacity of 4 persons, includes a large living room with dining area and lounge area. Separate kitchen, fully equipped. At your disposal: a large bedroom with a double bed and a small bedroom with two single beds. From the living room, you have access to a small patio facing south with garden furniture. In this holiday rental, you can enjoy the downstairs... but also the upstairs! On the upper level, you have indeed another garden furniture, bigger, for your meals. The owner's house is located nearby but your entrance and your parking are independent, your home, without vis-à-vis and closed Open all year round and pleasant in any season, stay in cocooning mode and numerous patrimonial and natural riches to discover around: the vineyard and in particular the appellation Saumur Puy-Notre-Dame, the Small Cities of Character of Puy-Notre-Dame (and its Collegiate Church) and Montreuil-Bellay (and its Castle), but also Doué-la-Fontaine (troglodytic sites, Biopark, rose gardens) and also Saumur and the edges of the Loire...
