Our guest house can accommodate up to 10 people, and comprises a ground-floor entrance leading to a 1st bedroom (11 m²) with washbasin and walk-in shower, separate toilet, 8 m² shower room (Italian-style), 2nd bedroom (14.5 m² with a large dressing room and private terrace, a 31 m² living room with wood-burning stove and large-screen TV, a 31 m² dining room and a 31 m² fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, hob and hood, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, etc.). The living-dining room and kitchen open onto a large 32 m² terrace equipped with a table and chairs for 10 people, a small lounge, chairs for admiring the beautiful scenery and a barbecue. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms (12 m²) and a bathroom with toilet (3 m²). We're located in the heart of Anjou, 5 min from Chalonnes sur Loire town center and 30 min from Angers. In the heart of Anjou, overlooking our wine estate, our guest house is situated in the foothills of the Corniche Angevine, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The 195m² house can accommodate up to 10 people, and boasts 5 bedrooms (king-size beds), 2 bathrooms, 2 wc, a large, modern, fully-equipped kitchen and a 61m² living-dining room, as well as a superb terrace.
