Welcome :-) We are a couple with a child, in the garden we have chickens and 2 nice little goats (in a closed enclosure). We offer a piece of our country paradise You have access to the complete outbuilding with its front garden. You can stroll through our garden, pick fruit from the trees or simply stoop down to pick strawberries outside your window in season. Fully equipped accommodation for 4 travelers (up to 7 possible) First floor: 1 room (with 1 sofa bed) with kitchenette, 1 toilet and 1 shower room. Upstairs 2 bedrooms and 1 shower room with toilet. Caution: narrow, slightly steep stairs 1 bedroom with 1 double bed. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. This second bedroom is a few steps higher than the first and the shower room. 2 cots are available for the little ones. Please specify the number of guests and length of stay when requesting a rental. This will enable us to give you a fair price for your rental. Also, please specify the presence of pets when you make your rental request (fees apply). We will ask you to bring your own sheets in this case too. We ask you to clean the apartment before you leave, or you can take the cleaning package for 30? (60? if pets are present). Traveler access You have access to the whole cottage, to the 2 bedrooms upstairs, to the 2 shower rooms (1 with WC) and to the separate toilet on the first floor. You have unrestricted access to the garden and its facilities, including a children's swing (50kg maximum, thank you), slide (for children, thank you) and trampoline (70kg maximum, no shoes required), as well as garden furniture in front of the house. For extension vehicles, you'll need to park in the cul-de-sac alongside the house or at the cemetery, 500m away. It's best to drive into the garden in reverse, as this makes maneuvering much easier. Classic vehicles have no difficulty maneuvering in the garden. Other remarks Bed linen and towels are provided, pets are welcome on the first floor (please leave the garden clean). Please specify this on the rental application. Some chargers available for emergency use. Dolce Gusto' and plunger coffeemakers, as well as a classic electric coffeemaker. Bakery 4 km away, and the baker drives by in the morning. Shops in Gisors 8km away. 65km from Paris, or 1h20 by train from Gisors (no bus service) Please note that longer vehicles can only enter in reverse from the start of the cul-de-sac. Vehicles that are too long will not be able to park. Please check with us before booking.
