Stéphane Lemaire is an ornamental sculptor, a trade derived from cabinetmaking, but specializing in decorative elements. There are only three of them north of Paris. From time to time, Stéphane offers an introduction to engraving and woodcarving. Lasting three hours, this workshop enables participants to leave with a self-made speculoos mold, but also to learn a little more about a little-known trade.
