MANUFACTURING STEPS : - Hand-cut - Assembly and preparation work - Hand-stitching - Fitting accessories - Finishing work Level: beginner (minimum age 15) Duration: 2h30 - 3h Places: 2 to 4 max After a presentation of the workshop and a chat about the craft and the leather, you'll learn about the pattern of your model, which will serve as a basis throughout the manufacture of your pouch. Once you've chosen your pattern, you'll choose the leathers and thread colors from a selection adapted to the manufacture of your pouch. The workshop continues with an introduction to the hand-cutting technique on a few leather scraps, before you start working on your pouch. Once you've cut your model and traced the assembly markings, you'll be able to discover the different stages and techniques involved in making your pouch. The next step is hand stitching, using the appropriate tools: saddle stitch pliers, needles and awl. Beforehand, you'll have taken the time to prepare the stitching with the help of the striking claws. To finish off your pouch in style, finish off with the pampering step.
