Guided tasting of Alsace white wines and dinner dance. Wine tests and diploma presentation for those wishing to join the Confrérie des Vins de Cleebourg. Reservations required at least 10 days in advance.

The evening begins in the Caves between the barrels with a commented tasting of the 6 Alsace white wines, after which applicants wishing to join the brotherhood are invited to take the vinic tests (wine tasting). This is followed by the induction of new members, with the presentation of a diploma and the brotherhood collar. Following the induction ceremony, guests gather in the cooperative's Salle d'Honneur for a dinner dance.
