Gîte Maison VITUS

Maison Vitus is located on the Champagne tourist route. 1h30 from Paris, 30 min from Reims and Epernay and 20 min from Château-Thierry, you can visit the region from this elegant pied-à-terre, completely renovated in 2022, and ideal for a stay with family or friends. For a bite to eat, the "Rendez-vous des Pêcheurs" is just 150 m from the gîte. Shops, restaurants and other amenities (post office, bank, tobacconist, train station, etc.) are a 5-minute drive away in Dormans. On the first floor, the gîte has a large living room opening onto the dining room and kitchen (accessed by a few steps), a bedroom with a double bed (160cm), private shower room and WC, and a separate WC. On the 1st floor, you'll find a shower room and 3 bedrooms (one with a double bed in 160, one with a double bed in 140 and one with two beds in 80/200. The rental price includes sheets (beds made on arrival), towels, utilities and end-of-stay cleaning. The gite is also equipped with fiber optics.
