EXPOSITION - XTRÊME SPORT

To mark the gallery?s 20th anniversary, the Extrême Sport exhibition features a partnership between My Monkey and ENSAD Nancy. The My Monkey stable and artists from ENSAD Nancy, fresh from the school?s Art, Communication, Design and ANRT (Atelier national de recherche typographique) programs, come together around 20 proposals. For the occasion, Galerie Poirel becomes a creative sports hall. Sport is on display in the gallery, questioning the values it mobilizes: work and performance, but also collaboration and team spirit. Questioning sport means evoking the transformation of the relationship with the body, but also the shifts between collective and individual practice, from the stadium to the hall.
