Escape to Sarthe, welcome to our gîte, where everything is designed to make you feel at home and ensure you have a pleasant stay. Inside and out, space and generosity are our watchwords. On the first floor, a spacious entrance hall opens onto a 50m² living room with fireplace, 3 sofas and armchairs for cocooning or relaxing, and a room with table soccer. A large 60m² dining room with a long family table for meals with friends or family, and a library corner with board games. A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemakers, Senseo coffee maker, kettles, toaster, 2 fridge-freezers, crockery and cutlery, with a central island for preparing tasty meals and an intimate breakfast, and large bay windows opening onto the terrace. Three chic, cosy bedrooms, 2 of 10 m² and one of 13 m², each with its own theme (jungle-cabana-baroque), with double beds, bed linen and towels provided. A bathroom with a small corner bath, a large glass-enclosed shower cubicle and double basins, towel dryer, hairdryer and separate toilet. Upstairs: a large mezzanine with armchairs for reading or resting, an 18m² bedroom with wooden beams and midnight-blue wallpaper, comprising a double bed and a single bed, a wardrobe, a 21m² forest-themed bedroom with a double bed and 2 single beds and a wardrobe, an 11m² bedroom with 2 single beds, shelves and coat rack, and a shower room with double washbasin and toilet, towel dryer and hairdryer. Outside and to the rear of the gîte, a large terrace with garden furniture, a lean-to for convivial meals in summer, and a 10m x 4m swimming pool with dome and deckchairs all overlooking the countryside with no overlooking views. The gîte is set in 1.5 hectares of land with the river "La Vègre" below, allowing you to enjoy a walk in harmony with nature.
