For everyone, solo or in chorus, an unusual incitement to the joy of reading. A shared voice to convey the pleasure of words, the desire to read, the audacity to say, but also the importance of commitment. In a wandering tour, the actors-guides and spectator-readers use different media to bring to life the story of two refugee children. Who will read the text? Faced with this question, few hands are raised in the group. Reading aloud means exposing oneself to criticism and devaluation. But when reading aloud becomes a collective activity, an immersive game, the text takes on a new, concrete, living dimension. Guided by two actors, participants wander through an intriguing journey in more ways than one. The story unfolds as spectators and actors take turns becoming Oldo and Nama, two child survivors from the Pays-des-Guerres, in search of a better future. The story of exile, misery and hope is thus told aloud, through the polyphony brought together for this new kind of experiment, at the crossroads of theater and workshop. KiLLT brings together the projects of Les Tréteaux de France around the reading aloud of contemporary theatrical writing for young people. "We are convinced that we are all capable of enjoying reading and acting, of spontaneously taking part in the action without having been prepared or rehearsed. It's a question of uninhibiting our relationship with reading as with speaking, of revitalizing the theatrical text by putting it into the body, its raison d?être."
