Gwendoline's idea: make ice creams with cow's milk straight from the family farm! After several training courses and internships, she trained with Master Glacier Gérard Taurin (Meilleur Ouvrier de France and World Champion Glacier in Turin, Italy). Together, they created several ice cream and sorbet recipes, in collaboration with local producers. In summer, at the ice-cream kiosk directly on Place de l'Eglise Madame in Les Moutiers-en-Retz: ice creams and sorbets in cones. In summer, every Monday from 5pm to 8pm at the gourmet farm market.
