L'Escalier Gourmand

Gourmets are right to climb the steps leading to the upper town: the Escalier Gourmand is worth the detour for its location alone! When the weather's fine, you can even take advantage of the little terrace nestled right at the heart of the stairs, with its brightly colored furniture. Nothing too intimate, but just the right amount of charm to make you want to relax. And then inside, inventive cuisine (scallop tajine and gambas, mixed seafood sauerkraut grilled à la plancha) in a neat, modern setting where tables, banquettes, side tables and paintings on the walls mingle. Every Thursday and Friday evening, the restaurant serves a homemade couscous. The wine selection changes every month.
