Supervised by state-qualified Les Mills-certified instructors. A motivating, high-quality range of activities. Strengthening, toning, stretching, cardio, flexibility and dance, all in a friendly atmosphere. Cardio/Musculation Zone: An area with numerous free and guided workstations and cardio machines, ideal for beginners and safe training. Cycling Zone: The world of cycling, leader in indoor bike classes, will motivate you to the sound of upbeat music and take you to the highest peaks. Two concepts: RPM, a Tour de France in under an hour, and Les Mills SPRINT, a 30-minute workout to help you improve your cardiovascular capacities. Zone Training: This is a fitness technique that mainly combines athletic strength, weightlifting, gymnastics and endurance sports. Aquafitness Zone: Aquafitness is a great way to combine the fun and relaxation of the pool with the benefits of exercise. Efficient, fun and innovative aquafitness classes set to a variety of original music provide results and new sensations. Wellness Zone: A room dedicated to well-being, with yoga, meditation and sophrology activities to help you learn to take care of yourself and discover the needs of your body and mind.
