Committed to an organic approach and respect for animal welfare, Carl Sheard raises free-range pigs from birth to fattening. The pigs are fed a diversified diet of cereals, fruits and vegetables, and fodder produced on site in the meadows and in agroforestry. The rustic breed of pigs gives them grey-blue spots, the colors of the blue Anjou! Pork meat in assortments: rouelle, escalope, roast, shoulder,... (10 kg vacuum-packed boxes), sold at the farm on order.
