Mickael and Amélie raise fattened ducks for direct sale of foie gras, rillettes magrets and confits, which you can find in the store.
Located between Château-Gontier and Craon, Amélie and Mickaël welcome you to their farm to discover their production of Muscovy ducks, which they raise to produce foie gras, magrets, confits, rillettes... Our ducks are raised with the utmost simplicity, using cereals grown on the farm. They enjoy the open air and will be force-fed by hand with whole grain corn to obtain a beautiful, tasty foie gras. We also raise suckler cows of the Angus breed, little known to the general public but much more popular with beef producers. This breed comes to us from the Scottish prairies, and gives us meat with unique marbling and a refined taste... Direct sales on Thursdays from 2pm to 4:30pm, Fridays from 2pm to 7pm and Saturdays from 10am to 12pm. Also by appointment. We sell eggs by the package to order. Tours of the farm by appointment.
