Welcome to Moulin de Margué! Nestled in a green setting, discover the charm of this mill, renovated as a character gîte. It combines old stone with contemporary style. Very bright, it offers a beautiful view of nature. Located 8 minutes from Château-Gontier, this magnificent building can accommodate 6 to 7 people. We also offer the Gîte du Moulin. By renting the two adjoining units, you benefit from 15 places on the estate. The gîte is 117 m2 in size, and offers all the facilities you need for a perfect, comfortable stay. It comprises a dining room, living room, fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one in a bedroom) and three WCs. You'll also enjoy a large 600 m2 garden (fully enclosed) and a south-facing terrace. --- It is also possible to rent the adjoining gîte to benefit from a large ensemble (Cf. Domaine du moulin de Margué) and a shared garden (with sheltered outdoor spaces). --- Cleaning: we guarantee the cleanliness of our gîte. We expect the accommodation to be returned in the condition in which you found it. --- Prée-d?Anjou is a quiet, wooded village with footpaths (including one starting from the mill). Grocery store 3 minutes away by car; bakeries, butchers and shops 8 minutes away (Château-Gontier). Other towns nearby: 30 minutes from Laval, 50 minutes from Angers, 1 h 15 from Nantes. Other comments Do you like fishing? Access to our pond, just opposite the gîte. Fishing rods are available on request. As sheep farmers and sweet potato growers, we can also arrange for you to visit the farm with Pascal. Things to do during your stay : Gîte ideally located to take advantage of the towpath along the Mayenne (10 km away). You can also visit the Refuge de l'Arche (12 km), downtown Château-Gontier and Laval, the Robert Tatin Museum (16 km), La Petite Couère (21 km) and the Saulges Caves (50 km). You'll also find the La Rincerie water sports center with wakepark and waterski lift (24 km), canoe and kayak rentals in Château-Gontier (9 km), and the Terra Botanica park (55 km).
