In 1985, Marie-Madeleine gava her first ducks on the farm of La Télachère. 30 years later, it is the turn of the children, Bertrand and Claire, to continue this adventure. After passing on to Bertrand the know-how in breeding and force-feeding, she passed on to Claire her taste and passion for cooking.
