About forty years ago, the Pinier farm became the first fattened duck farm in Anjou. Liliane passed on her know-how to her daughter Annabelle. The former now runs the farm inn and treats you to her little dishes, and the latter has taken over the rearing. The ducks are raised in meadows for up to 14 weeks and are force-fed with whole grain corn. The recipes are elaborated on the farm and made without preservatives: duck breasts, confits, terrines and many other delicacies! Direct sale every day. Stand at the halles de Cholet from Thursday to Saturday, from 7.30am to 1pm. Christmas market at the farm on the first three weekends of December.
