DOMAINE BLOUIN

Our family estate, which has been in existence for 5 generations, covers 25 hectares and is located in the Loire Valley, more precisely in St Aubin de Luigné. Our approach is based on sustainable agriculture. We are committed to a demanding environmental approach and certified Terra Vitis and HVE. All the wines are vinified and marketed by the Domaine in the spirit of the Independent Winegrowers. We control our production from the vine to the glass for still and sparkling wines. Our goal is to obtain authentic wines at the height of our terroirs. Very attached to the culture of vines in hillsides, we specialized on the type of vines most adapted to the Loire Valley: the white Chenin (60% of the vineyard) and the Cabernet (40% of the vineyard). We use the Chenin grape variety which represents more than 60% of our range, because we believe in its development thanks to the freshness of the wines it produces in the Loire Valley.
