In a picturesque village in the heart of the Layon Valley, you can fish for carnivorous fish from the shore, but you'll be most successful with a float tube.
Launching is at the Pont de St Aubin. You can fish upstream or downstream for 1 kilometer on either side. Numerous posts with trees or submerged branches shelter perch, pike or even pike-perch. A play area for young children is located near the town hall on the banks of the Layon. There's also a camper van park.
