In January 2008, Charlotte and Thomas embarked on their wine adventure with the acquisition of the Clos de l'Elu estate, on the schist soils of Anjou Noir.
With several years of experience as a wine consultant (for Thomas) or in the fields of communication and management (for Charlotte), they both lead with passion the life of this estate which is based on the most beautiful terroirs of the Layon valley. The 20 hectares are run in organic farming and a structured range is in place. If it is Chenin that attracted Thomas to Anjou, the red grape varieties (Cabernet Franc, Grolleau, Pineau d'Aunis) do not fail to inspire him with cuvées that are both gourmet and deep, expressive and full of finesse.
