Originally from the region, Fabrice Esnault is a winemaker in Brézé, like his father and grandfather. Little by little, he has expanded the domain and acquired a certain notoriety for the quality of his Saumur and Saumur Champigny wines, rich in expression.
All their wines are worked in a very traditional way, from the cultivation of the vine to the maturing in the cellar, and above all with a lot of passion! In the vineyards: grassing, soil work, and reasoned monitoring allow us to obtain grapes of excellent quality with a great terroir typicity.
