Today the church of the hamlet of Goalard, this building is an example of the Romanesque art of Gers in Gascony. Listed in historical documents as early as 1076, this Romanesque church with a flat chevet has undergone numerous modifications. It is located near a feudal castle which has now disappeared and which was the birthplace of the Galard family, from which Hector, the Jack of Diamonds of the card games, was born!
