CIRCUIT PÉDESTRE DE LA CARRIÈRE DE LA KREUZHECK

The longest trail with 14.7 km, this hiking trail connects Spicheren and Alsting through the Kreuzheck quarry and offers a hilly landscape. Along the way, you can discover a landmark in the history of the Moselle: the site of the Spicheren Heights. The memorial cemetery, tanks and bunkers offer an extraordinary historical journey. Did you know that? The Kreuzheck is a former limestone quarry. It has been classified as a voluntary nature reserve since the end of 2001.
