RENDEZ-VOUS AUX JARDINS AU CHÂTEAU DE LA BARONNIÈRE

Welcome to an authentic vegetable garden! An elegant 3,000m2 garden that's good for the environment and good for your health thanks to its biological balance. Every year, at the beginning of June, the Château de la Baronnière opens its doors to the public for the Rendez-vous aux jardins, a national event coordinated by the French Ministry of Culture. It's a great opportunity to bring the whole family and learn more from the château's owner. To discover: 6 annual flowerbeds on a color theme: blue, garnet, white, pink, bright blue and multicolored zinnias. New structures: bamboo, hemp, iron reglettes. The wall of curiosities: horseradish, cola, red sorrel, lemon basil. The brand-new Beaux jardins label from ASPEJA, obtained in 2018 Restoration of the 19th-century tuffaut entrance pillars thanks to funding from the VMF 2021 prize. Every year in March, in the pretty 19th-century greenhouse of the La Baronnière garden, Anne du Boucheron prepares 2,000 small plants from her vegetable and flower seedlings, which she will sell that day.
