Leave the circuit of the Moselle Loop bicycle route and discover the history of Neuves-Maisons with a walk through the forest. At the next crossroads, leave rue Victor Hugo and take the slightly uphill path that runs parallel to it. Look for the red ring marking. Go along the school fence and in front of the tunnel entrance, climb the stairs, stay along the fence to reach the Presbytery. Pass to the left of the basketball court and over the old railway bridge. Pass under the old tram bridge and go straight ahead on the chemin de la Mine. A pile of earth blocks the path, go around it and stay on the same path. When you reach the Zublin, turn right onto the path that leads to the entrance of the mine museum Return by the same path.
