For many years, the Moselle et Madon community of municipalities has implemented a generous cultural policy whose main objective is to allow the territory's inhabitants to have access to a rich and diversified offer, regardless of their age or place of residence. Thus, in addition to the public reading developed for more than 20 years, a policy of developing accessibility to multimedia, the creation of a space dedicated to games and the programming of a real cultural season has been added. In addition to the media library, games library and multimedia services, the cultural services of the CCMM also include: a program developed at La Filoche and throughout the territory, projects in the fields of artistic creation, training of the public and the broadcasting of shows, partnerships with schools, associations and municipalities and support in setting up their projects.
