Anne and Jean-Marie welcome you to their gîte in La Pommeraye, in the new commune of Mauges-sur-Loire. Featuring local terracotta tiles, mud bricks, straw insulation and a wooden structure, this new house combines ecology, charm and comfort. On the ground floor, you'll find 2 double bedrooms (140cmx190cm beds), one of which is accessible for disabled people, each with access to a private bathroom. A fully-equipped kitchen (hob, oven, microwave, fridge, coffeemaker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher) opening onto a living room with wood-burning stove, and an outdoor terrace are also available. Upstairs, a 10-person dormitory with 4 single beds, 3 double beds (140cmx190cm), a shower room and WC has been cleverly arranged. A high chair and cot are also available for families. Cleaning included. Sheets available: 8 ? per bed. Towels not provided Located less than 5km from the La Loire à Vélo cycle route, you can join the circuit via the voie verte which links La Pommeraye to the charming Loire-side village of Montjean-sur-Loire, passing vineyards and lime kilns. The guest rooms have a bicycle storage area.
