RANDOS-BELLE RIVE

This small "Randos-Belle Rive" gîte for 5 people is ideally located, whether you're looking for accommodation for a vacation, a business trip, a visit to relatives... Just 30 kilometers from Toulouse, close to the A64 freeway and the Muret train station (a shuttle bus stops 500m from the gîte), access is easy and there are countless possibilities for activities. For hikers, the GR86 (route de Saint-Jacques-de-Compostelle) and the Via Garona pass right in front of the door! The gîte lies at the foot of the 12th-century chapel of St Amans, renovated by the Monuments Historiques in 2000, offering exceptional views of the Pyrenees and Garonne plain. An open-air market is held in Estantens every Thursday. In a calm, unspoilt natural environment, far from the hustle and bustle, this independent gîte is set on the property of Diego and Anita, the owners. The entrance gate is shared, but the outdoor areas and living quarters are clearly separated. A courtyard provides parking for one vehicle (another can be parked in front of the gate). The little house has a tiled terrace in front of the door and a small garden at the back for outdoor meals. Pets not allowed. Single-storey gîte: entrance, large living room with dining area and sitting area (sofa bed for 2 people, 140cm). A pass-through connects the dining area to the separate kitchen, which opens onto the garden. Shower room/WC. A corridor leads to two bedrooms: one small (1 single bed, 90cm), one double (1 double bed, 140cm). Reversible air-conditioning in the living room. Extra bed for 1 person (90cm) available on request, subject to maximum capacity of 5 people.
