POUTCHES ARRATS GIMONE EN VTT

Mountain bike route of 40 km from the base les Tuileries in Simorre Red markings n°3. Cross the river Gimone behind the campsite (follow the red markings N° 3)) continue your way, you cut the D12 to go to the farm of Rey by the tarred road. At the end of the hill, take the dirt road that leads you to the Lauze valley that you follow for 2 km Cross the river to go up to Monlibos, you pass a windmill that belonged to the Order of Malta. Continuing your way you arrive on the D129 and a few meters further you go to the Bois D'aguin . Follow the signs to the Arrats valley, which you follow up to the village of Sére. Following the signs you arrive at Monties where you can admire the beautiful landscape Join Monbardon, cross the D 12 and the river Gimone and take the path of the poutche which will lead you to the mill of Gaujan Go back to the D12 and take the poutche in the direction of Villefranche after having crossed the river again. You pass in front of the YANE (Japanese roof) which dominates the village Take the dirt road and at the end of the hill turn right, the ridge road offers you one of the most beautiful views over the countryside and the Pyrenees. By following the markings (N° 3 red) you arrive at the Higués wood which you cross, go up to the Gruos (magnificent viewpoint) Go down to the D129, pass the Riou Perrin (small stream), continue along the Chemin d'Embayle and then Rajogats to arrive at the Moulin de Loriot The last very beautiful but very fast descent of "Coucassé" will bring you back to the stadium.
