A Celtic and Gallo-Roman high wall. This viewpoint overlooks the valleys of the Meurthe, Valdange, Rabodeau and Hure rivers. Observation post at 200m The Pierre d'Appel (592m) is made up of several-metre-high sandstone blocks forming five 60-metre-high superimposed platforms separated by corridors. An observation post is located 200m away One of the rocks, known as "La Pierre de la Poêle", is a cup-shaped rock (a favourite spot for dowsers, pendulants and wave seekers). The Roche du Renard can also be reached via Etival (côte de Repy), at an altitude of 522 metres
